Why book with a Travel Advisor and not book on my own?

I do this for a living and I'd like to think I'm pretty good at it! I have extensive travel knowledge and experience that I'm happy to share with you, but working with a travel advisor, like myself, has some serious material benefits too! My agency is part of all the major networks including Virtuoso, Tablet Hotels, Leading Hotels and more. This means that when you book a hotel through me, I'm able to get you additional perks like complimentary breakfast (the hotel buffets are my favorite!), $100 resort credit, early check in & late check out, and a room upgrade if available. My agency works with thousands of hotels worldwide, so no matter where you travel you'll probably get some amazing benefits. It often pays to work with a travel advisor! 

Why do you charge a fee? 

Because of the travel knowledge that I share on social media to my 400,000+ followers, I get hundreds of emails per week. This fee is not a deposit, it is a service fee charged upfront so that I can dedicate my time and resources to help you plan your trip. I can't say yes to everyone who reaches out and this fee is charged to make sure I can dedicate attention to your travel needs!

Can you explain more about your travel planning services?

For my Hotel Planning Service, I provide 2-5 hotel options for your price point, travel dates, and location. I especially love working with hotels that give my clients extra perks and benefits. However, I love recommending hidden gem boutique hotels too!

 

For my Itinerary Service, I create a personalized itinerary for your travels. This includes recommendations on major attractions, hidden gems, restaurants, activities and more! This is personalized to you and I make sure to gather your preferences before planning. Feel free to be as much or as little involved as desired! 

Can I ask for a refund?

I require payment upfront, so that I can dedicate my time and resources to helping you plan your dream trip! At this time, I do not accept refunds once my services are delivered and complete. This is due to the hours of time dedicated to delivering your services. 

 

For my Hotel Services, once I send over hotel options via email, my services are delivered and complete. However, I am happy to recommend more hotel options for your requested location and dates. For my Itinerary Services, I require payment upfront due to the many hours it takes to complete your personalized itinerary. Once your itinerary is delivered, my services are marked as complete.
